Method What is it?

Soak the COM in lukewarm water, wring it out, pop your hand in and glide it across your face in circular motions, or in a gentle, outward swiping motion.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid + ascorbyl palmitate) + vitamin E: potent antioxidants

Rooibos tea extract + green tea extract: even more potent antioxidants

  1. Apply post-cleanse AM + PM.
  2. Apply half a pump to skin from the nipples up.
  3. Smooth into skin – and don't forget to bring it all the way up around eyeballs (but not into them)

Use every single day in the AM. Apply ½ a teaspoon to your face, neck and ears evenly, plus more to any exposed areas. Reapply every 2 hours when exposed to direct light.

Shea butter glycerides: a moisturising ingredient derived from shea butter fatty acids

Avena sativa (oat) kernel extract: a clinically-proven anti-irritant with antihistamine properties

Vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil: a moisturising oil with antioxidant properties

Niacinamide (vitamin B3) and vitamin E: potent antioxidants to fight free radical damage

  1. Use PM after the skin is cleansed and serumed.
  2. Apply one pump from the nipples up
  3. Spread gently on all affected areas and across skin in sweeping, outwards motions.

Skin Good Fats can be used in the AM for extra skin balance and moisture.
