Skingredients® Return Policy

We hope you love your Skingredients® products, but if you change your mind, that’s okay.

Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to return unopened and unused products within 14 days of placing your order, in line with the Consumer Rights Directive.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@theskinnerd.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping costs.

All returns—whether due to change of mind or product issues—must be sent within 14 days of delivery to:

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If a gift card was used, the refund will be credited back to the card. Please allow time for processing depending on your bank.

Customer-Initiated Returns
If returning a product without a fault, you are responsible for return shipping. We will refund the product cost, but not the original delivery fee.

Retailer Purchases
If you bought a Skingredients product from a stockist, please contact the retailer directly. Your contract of sale is with them, and they will handle any issues in line with their policies.
